Tenby Candle Co. unveils bespoke candle collection for award-winning Llys Derwen Caravan & Campsite, Snowdonia

Tenby Candle Co. is proud to announce a new bespoke candle collaboration with the award-winning Llys Derwen Caravan & Campsite, one of North Wales’ highest-rated holiday destinations and recognised as one of the best caravan and camping sites in the UK.

Set within the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia, Llys Derwen is known for its natural surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, and deep connection to the Welsh countryside. The new bespoke candle collection has been developed to reflect this sense of place, bringing the character of the site into the home through carefully crafted fragrance.

Two distinctive candles have been created for the collaboration. The first is a fresh citronella candle, designed to complement the outdoor camping experience. Its crisp, functional scent is ideal for evenings spent outside, aligning with the natural, open-air lifestyle that guests enjoy at Llys Derwen.

The second fragrance, named Derwen Oak, is inspired by Nordic woodland character and the strength of mature forests. It opens with a fresh blend of green pine needles, cypress, minty eucalyptus and peppermint, creating an immediate impression of clean woodland air and natural greenery. The heart reveals fir balsam at its core, evoking the feeling of walking beneath dense canopies of evergreen trees and moss-covered woodland floors. The base settles into warm cedarwood, enriched with a resinous depth that enhances its oak-like richness and earthy character, reflecting the enduring strength of ancient woodland and the natural beauty of aged timber.
